First of all I would like to thank you for your concern, it means a lot to me. After I had taken the first whole pill I was puking all day, the second day I took a whole one and it was worse. I called the pharmacist and he said I could take some pepto for the nausea. He told me to call the doctor and geta lower dose. I explained that I could only see the doc on wednesdays at our free clinic. He said it was ok to break them in half. They do have a score mark down the middle. when I take the 1/2 of the pill it works for about 10-12 hours. The bottle says to take 1 pill 3 times daily, I only take it twice and then if I have to a will take a vicodin in between doses.
This methadone, works great, I am not a druggie either. I did not realize that breaking some pills would be dangerous. Once again, Thank you for your input,
