Hi everyone, I haven't written in awhile. I had surgery 2 months ago
(laporotomy) and was hoping that all would be fine. Once again, I am
having problems and pain. Prior to surgery I had every test imaginable,
without anything really showing up. Finally they did a CT-Scan and
found I had huge cysts. So, with that they were able to go in. They
found adhesions as well as my intestine attached and twisted to my
abdominal wall. They sliced my intestine in 2 places (always a risk)
and my hospital stay was 9 days of horror. Now I am back to not
digesting, contractions and if I do eat alot at one tme severe pain.
Almost had to go back to ER. Hasn't anything been approved by the FDA
yet to stop this adhesion growth from occuring? This is unbelievable. My
poor family.
Thanks for listening.
