Dear Sarah, I can't say that I understand why your message is being pulled.
If you need surgery its better to go where you will be well cared for. Maybe
people are afraid that it will become a trend. I pay money to advertise my
Inn/Ranch on the site, but no one has visited from that ad. People in pain from
adhesions don't want to travel and especially this far. The ad is mainly a way
to support the IAS site. I wish you well. It is a novel approach. How old are you?
Do you have a resume? The only reason I ask is that teachers, schools, employers
