My dr after doing a laparoscopy in Jan '02, said my adhesions were so
dense he
could barely get the scope anywhere. Anyway, I've still had a lot of
pain &
had no luck in getting pg-except 3 mths after the lap, then I lost the
baby at
9 1/2 weeks. I've been on fertility med,had tons of fertility tests,
but my
dr says my ovaries are encased in adhesions, as well as a lot of other
organs.
So-after a lot of thought & a lot of dr's & more tests, we decided on
the
laparotomy. I want to know if anyone has had good luck with this
surgery or
if they just experienced more pain. What kind of adhesion barrier was
used?
