Dear Sir, I fought with social security for for years and I was
automatically eligible due to chronic kidney disease. You might have to do
what I did and contat your state Senator for help. just make copies of al of
your records and make sure that you have your Dr. working with you and not
against you, and get his signature on every report that you can. Then call
your Senators office and Fax your information to his office to see if he can
be of some help. I found the hard way that Social security would rather let
you die than to approve you and pay you what they owe. After I contacted my
Senator, I had a court date in eight days and was approved in ten minutes.
But be assured of one thing, you must have all of your facts in order and
have proof of your disability, or they wil not aprove you for any reason. I
