What's the 'WD-40' barrier?

Hi Everybody,
I'm recouperating...slowly. But at least things seem to be running
through. ;)
Anyway, on another board, two women were talking about a barrier which
was used on them, and it was supposed to be new and approved; just out
in January (about)? Any ideas what this is?
