Adobe Acrobat Reader...is needed when the Url ends in " pdf "

If you don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader downloaded on your computer, you will NOT be able read articles with Urls that end with: pdf ...such as the following article from: "Anyone can do what I did to create awareness of ARD and the IAS."
