Here is the response: "You don't need another laparoscopy = surgery ! to diagnose adhesions. All your symptoms are probably related to adhesions and the next surgery should remove them all and apply a WORKING adhesions barrier like SprayGel (not Seprafilm). You shouldn't be afraid about adhesions in your neck, if it's necessary, you should undergo the neck procedure.
