Terrible Pain & Bruising

I posted the other day about terrible pain in my lower right quadrant after
sneezing. The pain has not subsided and now have a very large area of
bruising at the pain site. Has anyone else experienced bruising? I have not
had an external injury to this area to explain the bruising.
