I thank you all for your advice, I am worried about the weight gain that is for sure. I am not as active as I used to be so it is a big concern. another thing is I am 30 i will be 31 in June and I am a smoker. so an other advice to go with the other you guys gave me. It took me 2 years to loose the weight from the last birth. I was at 200 pounds, now I am at about 145. I don't want to go back to the way I was. I was at 175 before pregnancy. Geez, what happens to our metabolism, when I was 19 I thought I was heavy at 125.
