Joyce, I feel your frustration, honestly I DO!!

I was also more or less told I had distraught emotional issues... EXCUSE ME< ...YOU be in constant pain, from surguries and adhesions, , YOU have YOUR bladder "tied" to your spine, YOU have YOUR colon kinks and pinched to your liver, and YOU find NO ONE that LISTENS...

Ugh... it is like a male OB-gyn sticking an ICE COLD spec in there, saying, relax, this won;t hurt!

I will say prayers for you to find a compassionate dr / surgeon and relief.

Blessings, Sue

PS, BARIUM will not show adhesions, but would show IF there is a kink or something else like a tumor.

I am going to need a colocscopy this yr, (turning 50) and I am afraid since I just had 3rd adhesion clean out, (almost had obstruction) and only had 10 days of pain free in the liver area, now it is coming back.. I am afraid of a scope incase they may accidently perferate where the kink is. 10 days pain free! that's it! I prayer soon drs in the US will find something like the gel I am reading about.. I have had 4 abdominal surgeries, and this last was a lapro...I;d do it again to get this one on my liver, but only if they find something to help STOP them, or at least slow them down.
