Hi, you very well could have adhesions. They do not usually show up on any kind of tests or imaging. You have had pelvic surgery so it is very possible. I had trouble after my hyst as my bladder adhered itself to many other parts of my abdomen my ability to urinate was quite comprimised. Bowel problems...oh ya..another sign! Please tell us why you had the hyst and if you never have please get a copy of your operative report(s) and give them a read through...see if adhesions were encountered during the hyst...if so then you are an ARD sufferer and you need to learn as much as possible as to what that means. Take good care and know you have come to the right palce. love, Dawn >
