Nina, Once the adhesions grow and developed , how can you stop them? They
just get stronger and tighter and denser as they stick and strangulate our
insides. Sorry about this I hope the diet works . Dr.'s know how to kill
cancer cells but no one knows how to help kill adhesion cells. Instead they
turn a blind eye.
