i know the feeling all too well but i dont take pain meds too many side
effects and i have a bad kidney so i suffer like u it is h**** i know warm baths
laughter soft music try eliminating stress, massages and walks or strolls help
and babies bring a smile for a while or toddlers prayers to u take care from li
