Pelvic pain during pregnancy due to prior C-section adhesions

I am 15 weeks pregnant (second pregnancy) -- I am experiencing moderate pelvic pain. My Dr. tells me pain is caused by adhesions resulting form a prior cesarean. Anybody have the same diagnosis? Is there anything to be done for the pain? I am afraid that as my belly expands the pain will only intensify.. Thanks!
