Dear Michele, Yes, I had surgery with Dr. Reich and he is an excellent surgeon and very, very nice, but the adhesions were back within a week. Dr. Kruschinski in Germany does not use carbon dioxide and does use spray gel and his success rate is very good. I agree that 24 is too young to give up and you don't have to give up. Any age is too young to give up. My mother- in-law is almost 96 and she hasn't given up yet. There is an answer to adhesions and its Dr. Kruschinski, a gas-less laproscopic surgery with spray gel. Good luck, Sally Grigg
