adhesions from a vaginal birth

Hello
My luck on message boards has not been great lately. But I am in a bit
of trouble here and I think only other ARD patients can answer. I asked
my OB/GYN, but I didn't like his answer.
Has any ever heard of adhesions forming after a VERY difficult vaginal
birth?
