Hi! Congratulations on your pregnancy. I too suffered from pain due to my adhesions and endo. It was terrible for the first 3 months. But the rest of my pregnancy was great. It was the first time I had no pain and didn't have to take any meds. My doctor told me the first couple of months would be uncomfortable, as the adhesions stretched, but that I would probably be pain free after the first 3 months and he was right. I was also pain free for a few months after the pregnancy. Good luck!
