Dear All,
I am now off the morphine pills. I took my last one on Sunday. I had
to gradually come off the pain meds. I am now working on getting off
the sleeping pills too. I am still feeling great since my surgeries in
Germany, on June 3 & 10th.
I have been helping my daughter with her foster children for the last 2
weeks. I have been cooking & cleaning. We have been doing lots of
walking. We are just waiting for her baby to come. Laughing lots &
just having fun being together. Dan will come visit this weekend. She
will go to her OB dr today. Hopefully things are progressing. The last
3 weeks, she has been dilated to 1. Last week, she was 50% effaced. She
is at that point where she thinks she will be preg forever. I get to be
in the delivery room with them when she is born. I can't wait to hold
her.
