Hi Blair,

Were there some kind of extenuating circumstances with respect to your surgeries/doctors that lead you to believe that you have reasonable grounds for a malpractice suit? There are many people who have had multiple surgeries, and adhesions are a common complication (though for the majority they aren't even noticed).

The only way you could possibly have a case would be if there are some unique circumstances you are not mentioning or if the disclaimers you signed before your surgeries had no mention of adhesions as a possible complication. The latter is highly unlikely, but nevertheless it would be wise to go back and check them.
