I had a tendon repair on the outside of my foot in Mid-May. I have been
wearing walking shoes with a lot of support but now I have the hard spot
where the shoe rubs that feels just like an adhesion I had below my
incision. Any advise? It is really curtailing movement in my ankle when
I walk.
