Does Neurontin promote adhesions

Hi,
I had a laporoscopy to remove an ovarian dermoid cyst which resulted in
a serious blood loss into the abdomen causing significant adhesions. I
was put on Neurontin one month post surgery for severe nerve pain in my
leg. I was nowhere close to being healed from the surgery and wonder if
the 2700mgs. of Neurontin could have been a factor in the formation of
adhesions and the IBS I now have post surgery. I am so distressed
thinking that I did more harm to my situation by taking the Neurontin
for 6 months. I suffered ill effects from it, but the doctors didn't
seem to think much of it. i.e. double vision, slurred speach,
twitches, spasms, low blood pressure, bloating etc...
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
