I am a 47 year old male.I had a resection on my colon in 1990 due to
diverticultis. I than had a bowel obstruction in 2000.I had a NG tube
in the hospital and was sent home. i have since had pain in my left
side.My gastro told me,after performing all the test,that I have IBS and
diverticulosis. I lost my job since i was not able to perform due to
the pain and constipation.The gastro's (I have been to two} give me
lactolose and nulev but it does not help.I am at my wits end since i
believe deep down that i am feeling my adhesions, also I am running out
of money sice I can't get gainfull empoyment with my situation. I have
applied for SSI disability but I am sure I will be denied since no
authority accept or can diognoise the problem without surgery.Does
anybody have a suggestion on what I should do?...Thank
