This is for Aurora.

I seriously think that there is no need for Lupron with hysteroscopic surgery. In fact it may reduce the blood supply & hamper recovery. So what you need is a repeat assessment & decide about surgery (if necessary). What is the basic problem? Is that infertility or repeated abortions?.
