Permanent Constipation Within Small Intestines

My mom has always had constipation problems. She even was diagnosed
with a alzy bowel. Last year and a half ago, she went in to have her
constricted duodenum ballooned opened. It just got worse form there.
She continued to be constipated. Anything she took resulted in diarhea,
cramps, or more constipation. She was hospitalized for many weeks. She
came home and grew increasingly worse. She couldn't move her bowels, or
expell gas. All she did was bloat up. Everybody insisted an enema or a
purge would solve her problem. It didn't. Only the liquid came out.
Once, nothing came out, and could not be found in her body.
Colonoscopies have failed. Over the summer, she had that bag operation,
to reliever herself in a bag. That has made things even worse. Her
rectum feels like there's some feces left inside, as if the doctor
missed some during the cleaning out. Her gas is only expeleled as feces
moves along. This has stopped altogether. She hasn't made since Aug.
She refuses to eat much, insisting it gives her cramps literally seconds
after she eats, as well as gas. Ditto water. Her meals now consist of
several crackers with jelly on them. She is as weak as can be, and
refuses to eat. The feces is now backed up into the near top of her
intestines, and anything she eats just makes more which backs up.
She always has crmaps, and has completely stopped all bowel movements. Any
medicine recomended, she refuses to take, be cause it causes cramps and
consitpation. Her mental health is gone. The doctors/nurses during
ther bag operation also gave her a staff infection, as well as a urinary
tratc infection thanks to the catheter. The staff has now covered her
entire body form ehad to toe, and is endlesslsy reinfecting her, through
anything she touches, or is ingested. She's taking Beladona (?) and God
know show many others. The docotors still refuse to admit there is
something wrong, and 4 have washed their hands completely of her. And
she can't stay forever in a hospital because insurance won't cover it
(insurances refusing to cover anythign that heps heal a person), and
because they'll make her eat and drink, which will cause crmaping, gas,
and more feces to backup. As well as more staff. Her small intestines
refuse to move the feces along, at all.
What is wrong with her, and how do we remedy this? Hint: Enemas and such
do NOT work at all.
