What do I do, where do I start?

Hello,
I've been on this road trying to find out what's wrong with me for
several years now and I haven't been able to get any answers. It's been
in the back of my mind that adhesions may be part of the problem, but
now what do I do? I saw a surgeon last year and after pushing on my
belly (she was NOT gentle at all!) she said she didn't think I had
adhesions and I cried all the way back to work. But the pain just gets
worse. I think I should see another doctor but how do I choose one? Can
anyone recommend someone in Northern NJ? or at least tell me what kind
of doctor to look for? I sent a message to Dr. Wiseman asking for a
referral but I haven't gotten one yet and I wasn't sure if maybe the
link to him wasn't working anymore. If anyone can give me any direction

to reply here. I could really use a little help...
