Severe Abdominal Pain

Well I have been having this abdominal pain for a few
months I had surgery for my appendice in November.
Every since I have had this pain in my lower left side.
I have like a knot that forms were the pain is at. I went
to the doctor and he said that I probably have adhesions
and I should see my surgeon...Well we call the surgeon
and his receptionist blows us off saying well it cant
be adhesions they didnt have enought time to form..
So now I am going to go to a different surgeon and I
have to wait 2 weeks to see him..I dont know if I can
last that long. I havent had a bowel movement in
like a week I have a fever and I have nausea..
I am getting frustrated.. What do I do?
