Hi Angie!
It has been a very long time since I have written
to you. I just wanted to let you know my feelings
on the Abdominal Pump. It seems that some of us,
myself included, have extreme difficulties when
foreign bodies are placed within our abdomens.
This would include mesh for hernias, tissue expanders,
adhesion barriers and even parts of our own body.
It would be a huge detriment to me to try and
place a pump in my abdomen. My doctors have
advised me to avoid any and all foreign bodies
as they have all caused acute infections within
my abdomen.
I am sorry that you are having the difficulties
with your bladder. Please let me know if you
find anyone out there who helps you. As you
know, I am living on borrowed time and need
help immediately.
