please let us know if the appeal works, this is really horrible, I had my last Lap done last yr. and insurance paid VERY LITTLE. I almost had a heart attack when I saw what WE had to pay, and we pay 600.00/mo for major medical, 3500.00 deductible...apiece. something here has got to change!
