I had my laparotomy 2 weeks ago today. It seems that my incision is cut
more into my right side, like it is off center. Definately cut more into my
right side than my ohter 2 incisions. Anyway, I feel the typicall hardness
under my incision on the right side, I feel a small round circle of
something in the incision, and now I am feeling pressure, heaviness, pulling
and tugging. Now my surgery was a laparoscopy turned laparotomy because of
the massive adhesions found. I am wondering if it would be too soon to feel
adhesions? Does anyone have experience with this? My doctor did use
gelfoam and spent and extensive amount of time trying to cut out my
adhesions. I'd hate to think that all the work she had done was for
nothing.
