Unfortunately, there is nothing 100% or even close to it.
If there was, I doubt this board would even exist.
The truth of the matter is, that there is currently
no barrier on the market that is 100% (never will be
as each body is different) and there isn't even one
yet that has proved to be even 50% effective.
Surgery causes more adhesions. Adhesions are
just scar tissue, you have to think of it that way.
Some of us are more prone to adhesions than others.
However, as this problem is becoming recognized,
more and more people are finding out what really
pains them.
Pain management is your best answer for now, and
acceptance of your current situation. Massage
therapy and water therapy seem to be helping as well.
Till we all have pain free days....
