10 days after Adhesion Surgery HELP

Hi all,
Had adhesion surgery 10 days ago, at last it seemed all was ok, had
bowel movements and stomach started shrinking, now it has started
swelling back up again, no bowel movements. Went to ER yesterday and
they say I have an infection, sent me home with antibiotics, enema,
familiar with anyone. If I don't feel better in two days they say I
have to go back up to ER. I thought this was the end of my troubles,
YIKES.
