Dear Dee,
So Sorry to hear about your woes, me too, but not to your extreme. You
really should at least give Dr. Gerhart a call and explain your
situation and maybe he could find a way to work with you. My insurance
covered him except for the $200 chart review fee and $299 was left after
the surgery and hospital stay. I am slowly paying that off. Just give
him a call 570-821-1100, the worst thing he'll probably say is you'll
have to wait a little longer. I feel so bad for you, Try to hang in
