Sheila, I personally have never ever heard of therapy treatments for adhesions. Adhesions cannot be shrunk or disolve in your body period. Adhesions continue to grow inside of you and majority of the time can cause other internal organs of the body to all bind together which is why many general surgeons do not want to deal with that type of surgery. It is too risky and may end up causing more damage then good. You need to find out what kind of therapy this is and seek a second opion before you even begin any kind of treatment so that you can become more involved in your own body.
