The fact that you have had 2 c-sections causes your uterus to be more prone to rupture. The adhesions shouldn't really have much to do with the strength of your uterus.

I have had 2 c-sections and have developed "massive scar tissue" (In my OBGYN's words). I'm wondering if this would make my uterine scar stronger or weaker. I am considering attempting a vbac with our third baby to avoid more surgery and adhesions. But i'm worried about uterine rupture. Would all of this extra scar tissue make my scar extra strong? thanks, Ally
