Trenna,
I am so sorry you are hurting. How long have
you been hurting? My suggestion would be to
seek a pain specialist in your area to help
you manage your pain on a day to day basis.
Another suggestions would be to go to
http://www.adlap.com and seek an adhesions specialist
there. Also you may want to try relaxing in a
jacuzzi to help soothe your muscle tensions.
