I believe my pain comes from when my bowels are
moving around, they are so incased in scar tissue that
they pull on the abdominal and pelvic wall so I am
not sure how a change in diet would help. I can see
gas causing more pain but in my case, any movement
hurts. My bladder is also involved. I am not
sure how to eliminate pain.

I have learned that the best way to control my adhesion pain is with diet!
