If you have lots of nausea with vomiting, get checked up
and make sure you're not obstructed-people who get
obstructed a lot seem to know when there is a problem,
but some folks early on mistake it for food poisoning, etc
(they must have a higher pain tolerance than I do!).
For that awful chronic nausea, you could try nausea meds
(Zofran is all that works for me, and its too expensive)
small, low fat, low fiber, low residue meals (ask your
dietician). Some people find alternative medicine treatment
such as accupuncture helpful for nausea. If you try ginger,
watch out for the fibers-tea works better than trying to eat
the stuff. If anyone knows anything else that helps please
let me know, I've had chronic nausea for several years
now. When it gets too bad I go on a full liquid then
elemental diet for a while.
