Adhesions weight gain

I would like to know if anyone has noticed
that if they gain weight, it makes them hurt
more? I've been post op 6 years and just started
having the same old pains again but recently
put on 20 lbs. because of meds I'm taking for
migraines.
I really don't want to go thru another surgery
if weight loss might help...
any comments would be greatly appreciated.
