I see that this is an old post, but we were going through the same painful adhesions during pregnancy. I'm now 30 weeks pregnant and have been prescribed vicodin to treat this pain since my 11th week of pregnancy.
I completely understand your pain and just wanted you to know that you are not alone. Please find an understanding obstetrician, if you haven't already. The pain, as you know, worsens as the pregnancy progresses.
