PID?? Cat scan results

Hi there. I am a long time sufferer of adhesions
and very multiple surgeries. Have had a
hysterectomy and ovaries removed already due
to them and cysts. I have had frequent and
ongoing RLQ pain for about 5 weeks, back ache
and constantly have to go the bathroom. I
still have multiple adhesions inside but opt
for no more surgery. I have had IBS for years.
I went for a cat scan last week and the results
came back saying: There is some graying of the
fat surrounding the pelvic structures posterior
to the bladder that suggests a widely spread
inflammatory process here and needs further
investigation. Does this mean PID???? I have
never had an std nor tested positive, but have
had multiple cervix involved surgeries. I
have had blood in my urine (high
amount) for almost 3 years now.. Any
