Sorry to say but I think pain management is all we have at this time unless you are one of the lucky ones that goes to a adhesion specialist and has surgery and you feel adhesion-free. I went to two adhesion specialists and am back on pain management. I think we get frustrated when all that we are offered is pain clinics but at this time, that may be our option. I don't think we can eliminate our pain 100% either. We also have to deal with the nausea, bloating, constipation etc...

I suffered for 5 years and had mutiple tests. It wasn't until I made then go in and do exploratory surgery that they found my problem was adhessions.
