diverticulitis pain is similar to adhesion pain- but when i had that problem before my bowel resection i ran fever and my white cell count was up. maybe it was just diverticulosis. when have diverticulosis it is very important you stay away from certian foods if undigested particles get stuck that can lead to infection you do not want with an adhesion problem.
