abdominal and pelvic pain

Help!!! I'm at my wits end. I have been having
right side pelvic and abdominal paim since Sept.
of 2004. I have had all kinds of CAT Scans,
Ultrasound, Nuclear Med studies done and no one
knows what causing it. I believe it to be
adhesions, this believe comes from history.
But not one of the three specialists I am
seeing is saying that at this point.
Let me give you a little of my medical
history.
I have had Three c-sections. A hysterectomy
sue to fibroids and severe edometriosis.
My left ovary was removed at that time since
it had adhered to my uterus. After the
surgery I developed an abdominal abcess
which involved the bladder. In July 2003
I had a gastric by-pass done and developed
a bad infection from a suture leak. I sent
home with a feeding tube and two drains.
In November of 2004 I had a hernia repair
job done, I was tolod, by the surgeon, that
it was a hard repair to do because of scar
tissue. At this time my stomach is
deformed because of this.
In September(2004) I began experiencing
severe pain in my lower right quadrant.
On a scale of 1 to 10 this pain is registering
a 12. I am now getting pain in the upper part
of right side. This pain is at the level of
the hernia repair, right below my ribs. I
have been seeing a GI guy and a surgeon
(not the one that did the by-pass), my GI
has me on Nulev(hyoscyamine), which relieves
the pain somewhat.
Can someone tell what I can do or who I
should see for a diagnosis. I believe it's
adhesions, but I'm no doctor. I just wanted
some relief.
