It really helps, it kind of holds everything in place and prevents me from rolling onto my stomach. As far as the painful BM I just started taking Rhubarb Root, I take 2 at night before bed, I have been taking them for a week and I noticed a difference after the first night!!! No one wants to help because there really isn't anything you can do.
You DON'T want another surgery as that will just cause more adhesions! Try pain management, maybe it will work for you. Good luck. Sue
