DEAR LAUREN, Hi, I gained weight with adhesions also, after many years. It turned out to be a build up of toxic fluids that my body was not eliminating normally because my organs were not working correctly.

My hands and feet were swollen, etc, not a pretty sight. Everything is working well now and the fluids are gone. I lost 35 lbs almost overnight. With kindest regards, Sally G.
