Ultrasounds are not very accurate. I would get a second opinion.Geese it could be so many thing's besides adhesions.Endometriosis, adenomyosis,I dont think it would be pelvic floor tension b/c your saying it's like menstrual pain which would be the abdomen. Are you having heavy periods?clots or more than one period a month?

You could have inflamation from the dead fallopian tube and ovary, which has caused your nerves to be inflammed. My suggestion is to rule out all other sources. Dont think that adhesions are the only thing that could be wrong. I think you should press for an mri of the pelvic area.Even better yet they have a new test called a 3-D catscan.

I just had one and the pictures are very good.My genitofemoral nerve is inflammed and im currently getting nerve blocks for that and getting about a month relief. Well just some idea's from the top of my head.I dont mean to overwhelm you.I wish you luck. Kind Regards,Tami
