Two Months Post-Op, Adhesion Pain Already?

I just had a laproscopic lysis of adhesions in
March which makes my 12 abdominal surgery in 20
years. I am already in severe pain again in the
same areas. Is it too soon to operate again? I
feel like I am losing my mind with this pain. The
surgeon that did the surgery in March says he can't
help me any further, so I went to another surgeon
but didn't tell him I had just had surgery because
I was afraid he wouldn't touch me this soon afterwards.
He has consented to operate based on my history with
adhesion problem. Will they be able to tell once
they are in there that I recently had surgery and
feel as if I really lied to them? I am afraid if I
tell the truth nobody will help me but I am so
miserable I guess I am desperate.
