adhesions and ureteral stricture

Hello,
I just wondered if anyone out there has had any
problems with ureteral strictures due to adhesions
or endometriosis. Over the last 2 years, I had
the left ureter unblocked 4 times, then had to have
it reimplanted in my bladder, which involved an
open incision of course and more adhesions. I only
have 25% function in my left kidney because the
blockage was not caught in time. Now the right ureter
is doing the same thing. Just had a ureteroscopy to
unblock the right side and hope it does not block
again, because the same surgery will be involved if
this happens and I just had adhesion surgery January
2005 and already have adhesions returning. Has
anyone experienced similar problems?
