My wife underwent WLS (Laproscopicly) and develpoed adhesions. Doctors initially went in laproscopicly to check for adhesions (after the initial WLS) and ultimately found all kinds. They had to open her up to get rid of most of them. So after this surgery the pain on her left side was gone and now it was smack dead in the middle of the incision (more adhesions....they think, which I know is very common!!!). She has been in severe pain for well over 4 months now and nothing works. She is presently on 7.5mg Lortab, 50mg Duragesic Patch(started today with Depo Medrol Injection) and lidocain patches. So far nothing comes close to stopping the pain or even relieving it for a few hours. We are hoping this Depo Medrol injection works. All suggestions will be appreciated!!
